The client wanted this beautiful Singer sewing machine painted white, to fit in with her planned redecoration.
There were many lovely details on the wood and on the metal base that we wanted to highlight. To this end, the paint was sanded back over the wooden decoration to make it more prominent and the lettering on the base was picked out in gold.
This was a very fiddly job requiring a disassembling of the machine to paint all the surfaces. The end result I think speaks for itself.
